Colter House

Remodel and addition to a 1960 ranch house in the Arcadia neighborhood, Phoenix Arizona.

Converting a ranch home into a modern sleek design in one of Phoenix’s most desirable neighborhoods requires careful attention to detail and a knowledge of traditional construction techniques. The kitchen in this home was repositioned from the back of the house and moved to the front facing windows. The floor plan was opened up for a modern kitchen, dining and living room experience with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. The Master bedroom was expanded to create an ensuite with a private patio. A second master suite was added by converting the existing garage. A new 3 car garage was also added. The final addition is a Pool House with bedroom and Kitchenette.

Nocawich

Nocawich sandwich restaurant located on the Arizona State University Campus in Tempe Arizona.

This restaurant and patio is located in the College Avenue Market at Fulton Hall on College Avenue. The restaurant remodel provides a casual dining experience with a large family style table, bar seating at the serving counter, and counter seating at an indoor/outdoor patio counter with a roll up glass door. The patio was designed with rustic wood beams set into steel channels creating planters and screen walls. All of the outdoor patio planters and screen walls needed to be designed to be removed without permanently fixing into the sidewalk.
